One page for every Web Pros product. Each product also has its own, with the specifics.
Last updated 4 September 2026.
Web Pros builds and runs a family of products. This page covers all of them: who we are, what we collect, who else touches it and what you can ask for. Each product also has its own page with the specifics of that product — what it connects to and what it does with what it holds. Where the two differ, the product's own page is the more precise one.
Web Pros is a Utah business, and the data controller for every product it operates. Post reaches us at 304 S Jones Blvd. #2092, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Reach a person at [email protected]. We are the data controller for every product below.
Every product Web Pros operates — the current list is on our home page and in the footer of every page of this site. It is written as a scope rather than a list on purpose: a policy that enumerates products can be argued not to cover one that was left off, and this site already keeps three copies of that list which do not agree with each other. If Web Pros runs it, this page applies to it.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email address, and your name where you give one | To identify your account and to reach you about the product you are using. |
| What you put into the product | It is the product. What that means differs per product; its own page says. |
| A record of what happened in your account and when | So a question about “who changed this” has an answer later. |
| Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, timestamps | Security, abuse prevention and working out why something broke. |
Several products use Google to sign you in. We receive your email address and whether Google has verified it. We never receive or store a password.
Every product runs on the same short list of suppliers. A product's own page names which of these it actually uses.
| Supplier | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud & Firebase | Hosting, storage, databases, sign-in | United States |
| Amazon Web Services | Email sending and receiving | United States |
| Anthropic | AI features, where a product has them. Not used to train models. | United States |
| Stripe | Payments, where a product charges | United States / global |
| Cloudflare | DNS, and serving our public sites | Global |
| Google Fonts | Typefaces on our marketing pages | Global |
If a lawful request ever arrives for your data, we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.
Several products can read something you give them and suggest what it means. Two rules hold everywhere:
While your account exists. Ask us to delete it and we will, and confirm when it is done. Some products keep an append-only record of what happened even after individual items are deleted — a record you can delete from is not a record — and each says so on its own page. Ordinary server logs are kept for a short period for security and then rotate away.
Email [email protected]. A person reads it — usually a reply within one business day. If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing a product you asked for, contract where you pay us, and consent for optional connections.
Our products are business tools and are not intended for anyone under 16.
Material changes get an email to account holders and a new date on this page. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
